This place is great! Not only will you find everything (and more) that you need in the travel store, but Gerry and his wife are absolutely THE BEST at customer service (which we all know is lacking these days).

Dana and I really enjoyed our trip with you Gerry.  I liked not changing lodging every day, and Gerry is a very knowledgeable and personable guide.  Our money was well spent with The Complete Traveler.  If I ever get rich I’ll go to South Africa with you.  In the meantime, I would like to go back to Ireland in 2 years.  When the time comes, I’ll be in looking for help.

Ireland has been on our bucket list for a long time and we have just returned. When we first got serious about putting together a trip, some friends suggested we visit with Mary N Gerry Buckley at The Complete Traveler in Overland Park, and we are so glad we did. This trip was so much more than what we expected. Gerry shares his passion and knowledge of his homeland, and Mary gently keeps everyone on time and comfortable. Thank you Gerry for a very special tour by a very special guide! One can tell how much you love Ireland and it shows in your smiles and descriptions of the country. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the group. You know how to pick 'em...such a diverse group of travelers that all got along so famously and meshed so well. It was a trip to be long-remembered. .... Thank you for your hard work, behind the scenes efforts, and your voice, which did give out on occasion. It was a marvelous 11 days. 

Gerry, thank you and Mary for all you have done for us.  You are not just in the travel business, but also in the "creating memories" ministry.  We will always remember this trip with great fondness.
